Ryan brings a deep commitment to higher education and service, combining his professional work in student affairs, program leadership, and academic support with his passion for expanding access and success for all learners. In addition to his fellowship work, he has a strong track record in student support and curriculum coordination, including roles as senior student affairs officer and summer faculty, where he leads high‑impact programs and mentorship experiences. 

His dedication to advancing equitable opportunities for students — particularly those transitioning from military service or facing unique challenges — aligns with the College of Education’s mission to foster inclusive environments that empower every learner to thrive.
