Earn a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Anywhere in Arizona

Earn a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and earn your Arizona K-8 teaching certification from anywhere in the state. It includes ESL and K-5 Literacy endorsements, with an optional Bilingual endorsement.

The program has hybrid asynchronous and synchronous flexible courses with practicum and student teaching completed in your own community. Choose full-time (2 years) or part-time (4 years); Fall and Spring starts available. K-8 school employees may qualify for credit toward the degree.

The U of A College of Education + Undergraduate Research Opportunities Consortium (UROC) have teamed up to offer the Access, Wellness, And Relational Determinants of Student Success - Publishing, policy, practice, Leadership and life-long learning for University Students (AWARDSS-PLUS) program - a flexible, high quality, competency-based research apprenticeship with potential for real-world impact on US Education. 

Participants can receive up to $9,200 in stipends and $2,700 for professional development and travel. Post-Baccs receive an additional $1,100 for tuition.
