Congratulations! You have landed on this page because you are an EPSP Graduate Student who has been accepted to present at an international, national, or regional conference!
EPSP graduate students are eligible for one (1) travel award in the amount of $500 to support travel to a professional conference during each academic year. To ease the burden of travel expenses related to the reimbursement process, the travel award will post directly to your Bursar's Account. To be eligible for this award, you must provide evidence that you have been accepted to a competitive professional development opportunity (e.g., UCEA’s Clark’s Scholar) or to present at an academic/professional conference.
Important:
- If you have an outstanding balance, the Bursar's Office will first apply your award to that balance.
- EPSP Travel Funding is limited, and awards are contingent upon available funds.
- You must be logged into your UA platforms to access and complete the application form.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Submit a EPSP Student Travel Award application, a flyer or website with information on conference date and location, and verification of acceptance of your participation from the sponsoring association. If verification of acceptance has not been received, it may be submitted after the deadline.

Applications are reviewed periodically, and applicants are notified by email as soon as funds are allocated.
