Scholarships & Funding

Each year we offer more than $600,000 in scholarships to 400+ students, thanks in large part to numerous state programs and the generosity of donors, investors, and alumni. There are a number of scholarships offered through the college, as well as many offered by your major or academic department.

How to Apply for Scholarships

You can apply for College of Education and other scholarships online through Scholarship Universe. This is a free scholarship matching service exclusively for UA students. You create a profile and your answers are used to match you to UA and non-UA scholarships for which you’re eligible.

To apply for College of Education scholarships:

  1. Make sure you have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file for the current school year (required for all scholarships, not just those based on financial need).
  2. Sign into Scholarship Universe with your NetID and password
  3. Create your profile and answer all of the prompts (allow 15-20 minutes the first time you sign in)
