Teach the way today's classrooms need you to. This in-person program at our Tucson Main Campus prepares you to lead K-8 classrooms, whether in English or as a dual language teacher working fluidly between Spanish and English.
Real classrooms, from day one. Every semester, all four of them, you're placed in schools working directly with emergent bilingual students, building the skills and confidence to teach effectively long before you graduate. Whether your path leads to a general education classroom or a dual-language one, you'll leave ready to meet students where they are and help them thrive in both languages.

Careers
Graduates teach in public and private elementary schools in grades K-8 in Arizona and other states. Other graduates have gone on to graduate school in counseling, special education, and policy studies.
