Meet Dr. Jonathan Tullis, Associate Professor of Educational Psychology. As head of the Cognition and Memory in Education and Learning (CAMEL) Lab, Dr. Tullis blends cognitive science, psychology, and educational research to uncover how students learn best. From his early days teaching high school physics and chemistry to his groundbreaking work on memory, cognition, and lesson design, Jonathan’s research helps create learning environments that maximize understanding, minimize cognitive effort, and empower students to reach their full potential.
