Apply to the University of Arizona
Undergraduate students begin by applying to the University of Arizona through the UA Admissions Application.
Students wishing to continue their education by pursuing a graduate degree apply through UA Grad App.
- Visit the page above and click the Apply at Arizona button
- Submit your high school transcripts (or college transcripts for transfer applicants).
- No separate standardized test scores (ACT/SAT) are required.
Once you’ve submitted your UA application, you’ll be able to indicate your intended major in the College of Education.

During the UA application process, select your intended College of Education major. Our undergraduate programs include teaching degrees, counseling preparation, interpreter training, and innovative programs such as the Leadership and Learning Innovation B.S.

Key Deadlines
For the best chance at merit aid and priority consideration, submit your UA application by November 1 (Early Action). Meeting this date maximizes scholarship eligibility.
Regular Decisions Deadlines

| August 1 | Application Opens | The University of Arizona application opens for the academic term beginning next fall (2026). |
| November 1 | Early Action Application Deadline | Your best option for admission, merit aid, and W.A. Franke Honors College consideration.* |
| November 2 through April 1st | Regular Decision Applications | Applications for the 2026-2027 enrollment period are open! |
| January 15 | Early Action Admission Decision & Merit Aid Release | Early Action applicants receive their admissions decision and merit aid offers. |
| April 1 | FAFSA Priority Filing Deadline | Submit your FAFSA form to maximize your financial aid options. |
| Rolling Decision Notifications | Four to six weeks after regular decision applications | First-year students and Transfers will receive decisions on an ongoing basis. |
| May 1 | Commitment Deadline | First-year students admitted to the Fall 2026 incoming class have until May 1, 2026 to complete their enrollment in the Next Steps Center. |
