Dr. Sarah Kyte is the Senior Research Scientist in Student Success and Retention Innovation where she is driving a research agenda into the policies and practices that shape successful pathways for all students with a focus on practitioners and educators, data use, and structural change. Sarah earned a Ph.D. in sociology at the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on education, social mobility, and research methods. Recent peer-reviewed publications have appeared in the NACADA Journal, The Journal of Postsecondary Student Success, and The Journal on Excellence in College Teaching.
