Arlett Perez, M.A.
Upward Bound Program Director

Ms. Perez is a proud Wildcat with two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from the UA. She has expansive experience assisting local Tucson and southern Arizona school districts, families and students with admissions, college visits, access, events, and outreach information. Her passion for increasing access and degree completion in underrepresented and minority students propels her forward in establishing and expanding the work of Upward Bound at Pueblo and Cholla High Schools. She full-heartedly believes in the goals of the Upward Bound Project at the UA and is excited to be a part of the journeys of the students who participate in the program. From the moment of acceptance in the program during high school to the moment students attain their baccalaureate degrees!
