Kristen Lilly, Ph.D., NCSP Assistant Professor of Practice, The University of Arizona

Dr. Kristen Lilly earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2009. Prior to completing her doctoral degree, she earned a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education and Low-Incidence Disabilities from the University of Utah. Dr. Lilly currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona while maintaining a half-time practice as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. 

Dr. Lilly has been actively involved with the Arizona Association of School Psychologists (AASP) since 2014 and has served on the Board in a variety of leadership roles, including Regional Director, Government and Professional Relations Liaison, and Membership and Professional Standards Chair. She has also contributed to numerous AASP committees and initiatives focused on strengthening the profession and supporting school psychologists across Arizona.

Dr. Lilly’s professional interests include the recruitment, preparation, and retention of school psychologists in Arizona, as well as the development and delivery of graduate-level coursework in professional ethics, psychoeducational assessment, and evidence-based school psychology practice.
