Pathways to Teaching
A Faster Path to Becoming a Teacher: Pathways
Fast, supported and built for real life. In just 17 months across four continuous semesters (spring, summer, fall and spring), you’ll go from aspiring teacher to classroom leader. Along the way, you’ll receive a $1,000 monthly stipend, and live online classes let you complete your coursework without leaving your community.
From your first semester, you’ll work in partner-district schools across Arizona, learning hands-on alongside experienced mentor teachers and with students from diverse language backgrounds. This integrated approach gives you the skills and confidence to run a classroom of your own.
If you want to teach in the place you already call home, Pathways is how you get there.
